Customer Service Beware

So, like Kris, I had a hellish day with customer service.

However, mine had a much happier ending. This time at least.

My cat bit through my laptop power cord.

You would think this would be kinda amusing.. hehe, cat ate cord, but no. Why no?

BECAUSE THIS IS THE SECOND TIME IN SIX MONTHS.

God damn cats. I love you, but SHEESH.

So, since I have a three year warranty on the puppy, I had to navigate the tempestuous waters of the Dell website to find the customer service chat.

Took me nearly an hour to find the right place.

So, starting off, I was a little testy.

But then, lo and behold... I had a rep in like two minutes. Who kinda understood English!

His name was Sachin, and he actually managed to order my replacement cord in only 5 minutes.

I want to send that man a shiny sticker. :D

However. If the replacement cord that comes in is wrong... I will hunt down him and his family and kill them for sport. :@
